At the Estoril Wellness Center you will find a 200m2 fully equipped gym with the supervision of expert personal trainers, 2 different pools for hydro classes or just to relax and 4 studios with natural light offering a wide variety of fitness classes. Our goal is to help you gain strength and improve your fitness through our philosophy of functional training and enhance your overall wellbeing.

The programme includes:

• One Introductory Fitness assessment & advice with Personal Trainer (60 min)
• Two Personal Training sessions at the gym (60-min. / each)
• One Banyan Tree Spa Deep Tisssue full body massage (60 min)
• Uma sessão de Osteopatia ou Quiropratica (60min)
• Four Fitness Group classes - your choice from our schedule (1/day – max. 4)
• Unlimited access to the Dynamic Pool, HydroBanyan Circuit – Hammam, sauna, sensations showers, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, jets
• Complimentary use of the Gym facilities during 4 days
• Wellness assistance during the programme

Programme duration: minimum 4 Days – for longer stays, the programme inclusions can be distributed across the duration of the stay. Please feel free to ask our team to tailor the schedule to your preferences.

On bank holidays and festive periods, fitness group classes will not occur or with reduce schedule. Estoril Wellness Center reserves the right to change or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

Medical client form will be sent to client after reservation is confirmed and must be returned before arrival. All activities and treatments will be booked prior to arrival and subject to availability at the time of reservation.
