The Estoril Wellness Center has created a health programme especially for you. Based on a balanced diet and regular physical exercise, the programme comprises exclusive treatments at the Wellness Center. Your personalized regime begins with a complete physical and nutritional appreciation which will be monitored during your stay and our specialized and integrated team will ensure you receive expert advice on what your body needs and help you achieve your goal focusing on a long term lifestyle change.

The programme includes:

• One Preliminary phone consultation with lead specialist (1 week before arrival)

• Two Nutrition consultations (Initial / Final) with personalised meal plan for 6 days (60 min)
• One General Practice consultation (60 min)
• Two Traditional Chinese medicine sessions / Acupunture (60 min)
• One Biofeedback Therapy session (60 min)
• One Osteopathy session (60 min)
• One aesthetician body assessment (20min)
• Body detox with Sea Mud
• Two personalised intensive slimming cares – Body Sculpt (90 min)
• One Vichy shower massage with body scrub (40 min)
• One Introductory Fitness assessment & advice with personal trainer (60 min)
• Two sessions of Personal Training at the gym (60 min)
• One Banyan Tree Spa - Back Reviver (30 min)
• One Banyan Tree Spa - Deep Tissue full body massage (60 min)
• Final Report by lead specialist with personalized take-home plan
• Personalised Slimming Full board meal plan, including: Breakfast, snack/juice, lunch, snack/juice and dinner (x6)
• Daily Fitness Group class - your choice from our schedule (1 group class / day)

Price per person, in Euros, including VAT at the current rate and valid until 31 December 2023.
Treatments are subject to availability.   
The programme starts on Monday or Wednesday with check-in on a day before. 
Reservation and payment should be done at least 7 business days before arrival. 
Treatments and consultations cannot be scheduled during weekends or public holidays. 
Programme is not available in August and from 15 Dec. 2023 until 5 Jan. 2024.
