Starting from 1st of December 2021, in order to access Estoril Wellness Center and Organic Caffè, presenting EU DIGITAL COVID CERTIFICATE will be necessary. As an alternative, a client can present a LABORATORY REPORT - issued by a medical clinic or pharmacy - that confirms a NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST done in last 72 hours (PCR) or 48 hours (antigen).
Rapid tests on the entrance will not be accepted.
Wearing a face mask is obligatory and removing it is only allowed during the practise of a physical activity.

Since the restart of our activities, we have implemented preventive measures, so that you feel safe and comfortable at Estoril Wellness Center. See below the details for the fitness area and dynamic pool:
GYM
Mandatory use of mask in the interior spaces of Estoril Wellness Center (except for physical activity)
Alcohol gel available in all areas of Estoril Wellness Center
Physical contact between staff and members / customers is not allowed
Physical distance of 3m during training and 2m in the remaining spaces of the club
Limit of equipment occupancy
Access by appointment
Equipment cleaning before and after each use
Gym training sessions limited to maximum of 90 minutes
Suspended water supply through dispensers
Access to lockers / shower cabins limited in the changing rooms – respecting the signs and keeping the distance of 2m is mandatory
GROUP CLASSES
To access group classes, all members/clients must present the reception one of the following: Vaccination certificate (validated through the APP Pass Covid by reception), PCR test with a maximum of 72 hours, Antigen test (quick test) with a maximum of 48 hours, Self-test 24 hours in advance if certified by a health professional or pharmacy or performed at the time, in the presence of an employee - Failure to present one of the above - denies access to the session / club

Adjustment of group class schedule
Group classes with limited capacity that guarantees the distance of 3m between clients
Meeting point for members at the reception on Floor 2. Instructor accompanies clients to the studio.
Entrance to the studios only allowed after the instructor enters and stay next to the studio doors is prohibited
Access to the 3rd Floor and roof top studios via the stairs
Circulation scheme for the individual training area in all studios through signs glued to the floor
Mandatory pre-booking
Clients bring their own bath towel(s)
Constant disinfection of all material used in classes (individual equipment under the responsibility of the client)
Minimum interval of 15 minutes between classes in order not to cross between clients and to allow the proper disinfection and exchange of studio air
Suspended water supply through dispensers
Access to lockers / shower cabins limited in the changing rooms – respecting the signs and keeping the distance of 2m is mandatory
DYNAMIC POOL
To access Dynamic Pool, all members/clients must present the reception one of the following: Vaccination certificate (validated through the APP Pass Covid by reception), PCR test with a maximum of 72 hours, Antigen test (quick test) with a maximum of 48 hours, Self-test 24 hours in advance if certified by a health professional or pharmacy or performed at the time, in the presence of an employee - Failure to present one of the above - denies access to the Dynamic Pool.

To access Treatment area, all members/clients must present the reception one of the following: Vaccination certificate (validated through the APP Pass Covid by reception), PCR test with a maximum of 72 hours, Antigen test (quick test) with a maximum of 48 hours, Self-test 24 hours in advance if certified by a health professional or pharmacy or performed at the time, in the presence of an employee - Failure to present one of the above - denies access to the Treatment area.
